Additionally, I take charge of financial decision making, managing budgets and resource allocation to drive the company to success.

As the Compliance Officer, my role at Kinder Souls is pivotal in ensuring that the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. I am responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs to mitigate risks and uphold ethical practices. This involves staying level of legal developments, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with various departments to assess and enhance internal policies and procedures. My efforts aim to create a culture of compliance within the organization, promoting ethical conduct and integrity. Additionally, I am involved in training staff on compliance matters, investigating any potential violations, and liaising with regulatory bodies.
